I’m here to help you heal.

I am a Meditation and 200 E-RYT Registered Yoga Teacher certified with the Yoga Alliance, teaching studio, private, and corporate classes throughout San Diego and Los Angeles, CA since 2012. I’m also a Latina small business owner of Mind Body Badass, LLC, a mobile private yoga company in San Diego that offers Yoga + Meditation services—including Corporate, Private, Wedding, Birthday, and Bachelorette classes—to help you feel like your most badass self. Thank you for being here and for supporting my mission to share the healing powers of yoga with the world!

In addition to Yoga and Meditation, I’m also certified in Aerial Yoga, SUP Yoga, Barre, Indoor Cycling (Spin), Group Fitness, and the Lagree Method, to name a few. I specialize in healing restorative yoga and Vinyasa. I currently teach yoga for the guests of the iconic Hotel del Coronado, as well as corporate clients including Sony, SnapChat, and Louis Vuitton.

I'm also a wellness writer who’s been featured in major publications like Bustle and interviewed for The Huffington Post. I run the health blog for Mind Body Badass, a holistic, modern guide to total mind-body wellness for the badass yogi (that’s you!).

I truly love studying movement, and I love teaching others how to work out, too. It’s my preferred form of therapy, and nothing gives me a high like teaching. I’m fascinated by the art of living healthfully and mindfully. My goal is to guide you achieve your goals, whether you're interested in personal fitness training, corporate meditation workshops, or any of the other services I offer!

I began my own wellness journey after struggling for years with crippling neck pain. My injury was so intense that it led me to quit my television screenwriting career to learn everything I could about fitness and the body, and I’m so grateful to have found my calling along the way. I also experienced emotional abuse as a child, which resulted in a lot of mental pain, as well—I’ve been down some dark paths and come out on the other side.  I recovered in both body and mind through the healing magic of yoga, meditation, and following a more intentional holistic healthy lifestyle. Now, through my teaching career I'm able to share everything I’ve learned and continue to learn about how to feel better and live a vibrant life with people like you! I’m still committed to the daily practice of taking care of myself and creating the life I want, and I feel better now than I ever thought possible. I want to help you do the same.
